It is NO secret that Jen is the more athletic one of the two of us. She is currently training for another marathon. CRAZY! I do try to be healthy and exercise….although exercise for me is a 30-45 minute workout 2-4 times per week. Nothing too bad. I just got over a wicked cold (coughing till my throat was killing me) so I am back at it.
I was getting a little sick of my Jillian videos and it is too snowy/cold for me to take the kids kids in the stroller outside, so I tried the following. I heard about the POP workout videos from Faith (hi Faith!). If you are looking for a change up in your workouts, you could try the following two videos and then throw in some strength training. BOOM 30 minutes DONE and on with your day.
These girls are fun and energetic – and they are sisters! So, yeah for sisters, right? I think even JEN would get a killer workout from these. Have fun and stay healthy!
