Well, it is time for our weekly check-in. Just a few more weeks until Christmas Eve (I have BARELY started Christmas shopping yet, sad).
So as far as things go for ME, I haven’t been doing as awesome as I’d hoped with working on getting healthy. Its much, much harder than I thought it would be! This week I am not going to add anything new (again), and I am going to refocus on my goals from the first few weeks. Here is my plan:
1. Put a full Nalgene bottle of water in the fridge before I go to bed. Drink the whole thing the next day. Repeat.

I seriously want this water bottle. ![]()
2. Go to bed at a reasonable time – no later than 10:45. (Going to bed at 10 was not really working for me, but I CAN go to bed more consistently).
3. Spend time reading my Bible each day. Before kids get up. Or at naptime. Lately I’ve been scheduling myself to do things at naptime (run errands, etc) and I don’t think that is the best use of my time when I haven’t spent time in the Bible yet.

4. I haven’t been printing out my workouts since our computer crashed and I can’t figure out how to get our old computer networked with our printer. Seeing as we got 10+ inches of snow over the weekend I figure my days of going for a walk and then doing some strength training are over for the forseeable future. Jillian Michaels it is for the next few weeks (MWF) – and when our new computer shows up I’ll print those workouts out and use them when I need a change up. Oh Jillian, how I love you and hate you all at the same time.

So there you have it. I feel like I’ve got a good plan to move forward with and finish the next few weeks strong!
Also – tonight I am hosting a Paisley Print Shoes The Store trunk show – we will let you know how it goes!

That water bottle kills me!
I’m surprised you haven’t been Christmas shopping. We are actually almost done which is VERY weird for us…and kind of nice.
Good Luck with the trunk show!!
DONE?! Wow. Jealous, oh so jealous.
I love that nalgene bottle.
Good luck with Jillian! I need to get started with her again. I have been doing that one-month push-up plan you shared a while back… at least what I can remember of it. Where is that thing?!
Here it is! I forgot about it – maybe I’ll start tomorrow and just be a couple weeks behind!
Helps to put the link.

Oh Jillian! We have a love hate relationship too. I try to do her workouts at least 2-3 times a week and it always kicks my butt!
Which workouts do you do Ashley? I kind of want to get a new video for some variety.
